You might think this little appetizer is a tad pricey for the portion, but it’s surprisingly hearty and flavorful. Sesame Brioche and Bibb lettuce are topped with a house-made, mayo-based sauce of pickled okra. Definitely worth a try to see how it’s done and recreate at home, courtesy of Esquire Magazine.
